Terms of use
These terms cover this website and the Scroll: Daily Microlearning app, both run by SyncLabs. By using either, you agree to them. Questions: hello@scrollmicrolearning.app.
What Scroll is
Scroll publishes short lessons for general learning. Lessons, guides and tools explain ideas and cite their sources; they aren't professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Tools on this website give estimates from your inputs and the published studies cited on each tool's page.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Free plan and Premium
- The free plan includes 5 lessons a day. The counter resets at midnight in your time zone.
- Premium is a subscription, monthly or yearly, sold through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel in your store account's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date; Premium then runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
- Knowledge Packs were sold as one-time purchases until October 18, 2026. They're no longer sold, and their lessons are now part of the main library, on the same terms as every other lesson.
- Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. To ask for a refund, use Apple's "Report a problem" page or Google Play's refund process.
Using the content
The lessons, quizzes, guides and site design belong to SyncLabs. You're welcome to share links and to quote short passages with a link back. Please don't copy lessons in bulk, scrape the app or the site, or republish our content as your own. Linking to or embedding our free tools with a visible credit is fine.
Mistakes
We check lessons against their sources, but mistakes happen. If you spot one, email hello@scrollmicrolearning.app and we'll fix it. To the extent the law allows, the app and site are provided as they are, and we're not liable for decisions you make based on them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change matters for paying users, we'll tell you in the app before it applies.
